Polesden Lacey 10k

My first run after the Edinburgh Marathon, and a tough one to get started again!

The Polesden Lacey 10k is run over what seems like endless uphill pathways, farm roads and fields. Starting and ending in the grounds of a beautiful Edwardian Estate (see: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polesden_Lacey)

Not a course to try beating any 10k PBs, but still a great course to run and saw some lovely Surrey countryside. Just the thing I needed to get myself back into gear after a couple of weeks off.
