A story about a nasty ex-skinhead called Tom Walsh leading ‘The Crackers’, a gang of Arsenal-supporting Boot Boys. The story centres around the struggle for power in the gang and a sub-plot about a local newspaper reporter following up on stories of their ever-increasing brutality. Just plain weird ending though, involving Alistair Crowley-like satanic rituals. Seemed totally out of place…
