Paisley 10k 2014

I ran the 2014 Paisley 10k at the weekend. Got a time of 56:05, which was not really what I had hoped for. I hadn’t had much race practice though, and going out the night before to the Club Bar for a few might have had something to do with being a bit sluggish…
