Brighton 10k 2019

A very slow Brighton 10k. I was originally going to be doing the Brighton Marathon, but a hamstring injury stopped that. To be able to still compete, and to go down and support a friend running the marathon, I dropped down and entered the Brighton 10k. I could still feel my hamstring twinge around the 8k mark, but completed another run.
