day 28 – a song that makes you feel guilty
Hmm, weird one this. I’m not really sure that music has ever evoked that feeling in me, but if it ever has it’s maybe when I think about not being near home or not visiting family and friends enough, so this anthem from Dougie MacLean sung by the legendary Frankie Miller would do it for me.
It’s from an advert for Tennent’s lager too, which always makes me think of back home.
There’s also a great line in the extended version, just to tug on the heart-strings:
“I have moved and I’ve kept on moving, proved the points that I needed proving
Lost the friends that I needed losing, found others on the way”
