A song from my childhood? It had to be this one – first thing I thought of. The only request I’ve ever phoned into (with my mum’s help) and had played on the radio (It was Radio Clyde, but I can’t remember who it was – maybe Tiger Tim’s show). I would’ve been 5 or 6.
Anyway, a classic that’s never been bettered in terms of footy songs. Three lions has nothing on this. Although “We Have A Dream” comes a close second…
